Blog #3: Amazon Favourites - ​Wheat Plastic Round Dinner Plates

Recently I noticed my son didn't really like his supper and I wondered why, so I tasted bit of his food off his plate and to my disbelief it tasted like soap! It was absolutely disgusting, I felt so awful that my son had to eat this. I wouldn't have known because he does eat what the rest of the family eats but

with reduced and or no sodium. I took

out some of his other silicone plates and

licked it (I know this sounds strange) and they also tasted like soap! I was in shock, so of course I did my research and it turns out that silicone absorbs oils really well and putting it in the dishwasher these oils absorbs the dishwashing detergent right up! (Since it's a harsher detergent). So I'm super happy I got these amazing beige plates from Amazon to replace those silicone ones! Comes in a set of 6!

Pros:

• Light weight

• Dishwasher safe

• Doesn't absorb oils

• Reusable

• Portioned plates

• Nice color

• Stackable

Cons:

• If using for Toddlers it may be a bit big

• So far can't say anything about them I don't like!
